A thriving, Phoenix-based company is looking for a Recruiter to join their growing team. This person will work with the Recruiting team to add hundreds of new team members at all levels to their growing workforce.
This position will be responsible for identifying quality candidates through both passive and active sourcing and will build and manage candidate pipelines. In order to be successful in this role, the Recruiter may need to travel to other markets to find the best talent.
The right candidate will have at least 3 years of sourcing experience (ideally for a retail environment). Prior experience with Operations is also preferred.
