Our client located in the Biltmore area has an immediate need for a Benefits Manager. The position is a Direct Hire position and pays 70-80k plus 50% bonus. Individual needs to have their SPHR or CEBS. The company has 2500 employees and this individual will have 8 dotted line reports and be responsible for all areas of benefits including:
Cobra
RFPs
Plan Design
Wellness program
401k
Insurance
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
