We have a client downtown that is looking for a Contracts Manager. This position will very likely be a temp-to-hire for the right candidate. It will require 50% travel and possibly temporary relocation to the project site. Individual MUST have construction contract experience and has worked on a construction site. Individual if it goes permanent will be approximately $86,000. Individual must have experience negotiating high dollar contracts. Commerical construction experience or Engineering experience vs. residential is necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
