Outstanding Phoenix Based Real Estate Company has an immediate need for a Staff/Property Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for a set group of properties within a portfolio and perform all general accounting functions including, preparing financial statements, journal entries, variance reporting, reconciliations, work with A/P & A/R to ensure GL is accurate, review rent statements and much more. This is truly a full-cycle accounting role from start to finish.
To be considered for this role, a qualified candidate will possess:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is required

years of relevant accounting experience, Real Estate/Property management experience is a plus
Experience in account reconciliations and lease accounting is preferred
Experience in budgeting and variance analysis is a plus
MRI software experience is a plus
Salary Range - $50-$65k DOE

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
