GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY

Manage the execution of specific Corporate business process improvement and customer experience improvement programs involving departmental and/or cross-functional teams within the company. Guide, influence and drive company-wide, program-related deliverables to meet the goals and objectives, while attending to policies and guidelines set forth by the program lifecycle.

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and facilitate large cross-functional programs in support of overall Corporate goals.
Simultaneously drive multiple programs from inception, through investigation and execution. Ability to drive and coordinate business process and customer experience improvement programs that often require unique deliverables and/or process changes.
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule, within budget, and while satisfying key program objectives.
Coordinates and directs program schedules, resources and deliverables
Works to reduce risk and complexity in assigned programs; understands and anticipates cross-program interdependencies
Negotiates resolutions to intra-departmental conflicts and disputes in order to facilitate the success of company projects and programs
Owns the creation of overall program schedules, including identifying key milestones and critical path activities
Works within and outside of the program team to resolve disputes and to resolve program scope changes to schedule and/or program requirements
Coordinates with all program functional areas, including, but not limited to, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Finance to obtain and maintain continuing commitment to assigned programs. Escalates to management to resolve resource shortages or program-related issues if or when individual functional areas are unable to support the overall team schedule and related dependencies
Guides and documents program team activities by establishing meeting times, agenda items, and meeting minutes in a timely manner
Communicates program related information to project team and management teams
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Lean/Six Sigma preferred and knowledge in managing strategic, Corporate level programs.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; also requires working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Ability to communicate complex information to senior executive staff, as well as multiple levels of program team participants from directors, managers and individual contributors.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
Handles complex aspects of position with minimal or no oversight.
Demonstrated advanced competency in the principals of project and program management.
Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways. Ability to work with limited direction to independently determine and develop an approach to solutions that contribute to the development of the organization's goals and objectives.
Ability to provide resolutions to problems of complex and diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years' experience as a Senior Corporate Program Manager.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. May prefer advanced degree.
PMP or PgMP certification desired

Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower level personnel.
Capability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables. Ability to provide solutions that are highly creative and to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
