Our client, located in Northern Phoenix near the i17 and the 101 loop, is looking for an experienced customer service associate with forklift experience. The position will be a combination of customer interaction at the front counter and pulling orders with the forklift in the back. Time will most likely be spent evenly between both tasks.
Working hours: 1st Shift
Required:
Previous positions with customer facing rolls
3
years of forklift experience
Able to identify and distinguish item numbers
Be able to work in a fast paced customer service/warehouse environment
Do trouble shooting to determine cause of errors in inventory
Ability to analyze and help with other functions in the warehouse
Must be comfortable with computer use
Coordinate with supervisors and team to facilitate processes
Preferred:
SAP experience
HVAC experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
