Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to assist with due diligence, integration planning and execution of acquisitions. This role will allow you to be involved will all aspects of the company as it grows and integrates its acquisitions into the parent company. You will travel 30-50% of the time domestically and internationally to meet expectations. Some of your responsibilities will include: Integration planning; Develop budgets, timelines and other deliverables; Review and Align accounting and reporting policies, Mapping and Conversion of financial information, Internal Controls assessment and SOX Compliance, Due Diligence analysis, Purchase Accounting and much more.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, a qualified candidate will possess the following:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is required
CPA is required with a strong GAAP and Technical Accounting background
Ability to travel 30-50% domestically and internationally
4
years of relevant, overall experience - ideal profile will include Big 4 or Large Public Company experience
M&A Integration experience, Project Management Experience and SOX/Internal Controls experience is required
Experience in a Big 4 Transactional Services group is a plus
Compensation for this role is in the $90-$110k range DOE
