Responsible for leading investigations on potential licensing and export violations. Individual will work closely with outside counsel as needed in the completion of investigations and with appropriate Government Agencies to support follow-through of activities from the investigations. Build and execute robust internal communications plans to increase awareness of ITC Staff and all employees. Monitor and manage Agreement Control Plans and ensure all certifications are done on time.
