Position Description
This position is for the individual who has effective telephone skills, basic computer knowledge and a professional attitude. Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks are important.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments with current clients for financial advisors.
Meet call and appointment scheduling goals.
Complete Marketing task which includes but not limited to (sorting, making copies, putting together Marketing projects, Mail Merges, running postage machine & shipping UPS).
Partner with Marketing to ensure all Marketing tasks are completed.
Work with MS Office - data entry, misc. clerical duties.

11201 N Tatum Blvd Ste 100 Phoenix AZ 85028 (near Paradise Valley Mall)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
