In this role you will assist in growing BC's business in the region and lead teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. In this capacity, you will manage projects and collaborate with client development teams with the goal of supporting pursuits and proposals. You will preferably have a network of national clients with a focus on the private sector market, particularly in the mining industry. Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs large environmental projects or a project of major scope, with full responsibility for end results. Develops working relationships with individuals outside the organization to assist in identifying new business opportunities and strategic pursuits. Leverages across the company for marketing, project delivery, project teams and other support systems. Ensures quality client services, and clarity of work products and projects while promoting and integrating companywide initiatives and values. Focuses on investment decisions, using capital and resources to the highest competitive advantage. Promotes and supports technical systems and improvements driven by company initiatives. Manages and directs staff members while performing staff evaluations and outlining growth and development goals. Desired Skills and
Experience: BS degree in civil, environmental or mine engineering or related field is required. Professional registration is preferred. A minimum of 10
years' experience, most of which must be in a business development and management role in consulting or a related industry. Must be well-connected with industry decision makers in the Arizona markets. Must have a proven record of working with existing clients and developing new clients and projects with ability to deliver those projects successfully, profitably, and to the client's satisfaction. Demonstrated environmental consulting and design experience in metals mining preferred Successful track record selling and delivering soil and ground water remediation projects, NEPA assignments, ecosystem projects, land use plans and other planning and permitting program services, and compliance services highly desirable. Ability to discern new markets and to develop business in those areas. Ability to connect with decision makers in surrounding markets. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing environmental consulting services. This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
