Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function and may provide limited supervision and/or shift supervision related to office and clerical functions. Responsible for assisting with the management and operations of a volunteer office and senior and student volunteer programs. Communicates Volunteer/Auxiliary staff needs to Volunteer Services Director.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent minimum experience requirements.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: A graduate from an approved unit secretary program preferred.
MINIMUM
Experience: Two years administrative coordinator experience
PREFERRED
Experience: One year coordination experience working with volunteers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
