Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests - Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best - Manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling - Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to Gus's World-Famous Fried Chicken's standards - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment - Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new strategies for growth and success Requirements:
