1.
Ensure that all laid down SOPs and Procedure related to Fire Safety & Security are being followed at the cinema.
2.
Plan daily/weekly/monthly deployment of security manpower at the cinema site in conjunction with CM.
3.
Ensure correct and timely billing.
4.
Work out the security and safety capex for the site.
5.
Prepare security & safety MIS as per requirement and submit to RMS/Manager/AMS.
6.
Plan training of staff on security and safety.
7.
Plan and conduct periodic fire audits of the cinemas.
8.
Ensure training is carried out at sites as per plan.
9.
Investigate incidents occurred at site and report it to RMS/CM.
10.
Ensure timely closure of all ultra-critical and critical audit observations.
11.
Ensure that all safety and security equipment and systems are working optimally at the site.
Any deviation to be informed to the line manager.
12.
Liaison with Govt and civil officials up to city/district level.
13.
Ensure services are provided by the agency as per the agreement.
14.
Ensure all legal compliances are followed by the various agencies for each site.
15.
Review fire audit with CM and ME.
16.
Surprise check.
17.
Training of new hires CSO.
18.
Compile all periodic MIS, reports/deck and submit it to the respective RMS.
19.
Compile the monthly bills and check variation in billing and forward to RMS.
20.
Ensure conduct of monthly fire drill.
21.
Ensure conduct of quarterly evacuation drill.
22.
Do weekly night checks as scheduled by the RMS.
