Data Security (USDS) is a standalone department of TikTok in the U.

This new security-first division was created to bring heightened focus and governance to our data protection policies and content assurance protocols to keep U.

As a Senior Quality Analyst, COE, you will assess the overall quality of performance by moderation sites and ensure compliance to policy and process.
You will ensure all assigned tasks are executed and deliverable.
You will review TikTok content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content.
You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe.
You are proficient in communicating findings back to leadership in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Identify improvement areas for external and internal quality team's performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to prepare solutions.
- Maintain expert understanding of TikTok's policies, procedures, app features, and internal documents- Identify improvement areas for moderator performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and site leadership to prepare solutions.
- Participate in weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process- Take ownership of and participate in ad hoc projects as requested by leadership- Perform weekly Audits across multiple workflows and Lines of Business- Perform data analysis into problematic error trends, document, and report findings to leadership and key stakeholders- Perform and act as a functional bridge between project stakeholders, training, and the quality team- Assist in familiarizing new QAs with the areas in which you are the SME, including hosting shadow sessions, product walkthroughs, and assisting in onboardingQualifications- 1
years of relevant experience in quality assurance, reporting, analytics and/or operational excellence- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, create reports and maintain documentation- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines- Experience applying policy with sound judgment to online content- Able to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of work and completing tasks in timely manner, while adapting rapidly to changing work environments, priorities and organizational needs- Ability to identify gaps in existing processes/policies/procedures and efficiency gain through enhanced processes, policies and procedures- Ability to adapt rapidly to changing work environments, work priorities, and organizational needs.
