Sat/Sun 6am-6pm in Tempe Sat 11am-7pm in Phoenix Starting pay $17.

You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Responsibilities Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences Report in detail any suspicious incidents Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates An extremely high-level of customer service skills are needed.
Routine heavy lifting may be required.
Routine walking is required.
Climbing Staircases multiple times throughout shift may be required.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors, and other persons, in order to maintain security of the entirety of the building.
Knowledgeable about residential and/or commercial rules, and effectively answer inquiries specific to the property.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Effectively understand and utilize technology products such as a smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.
Ability to prepare reports in a clear and concise manner.
Spelling and grammar skills are essential.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

Skills Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position Trained security officer with diploma Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols Surveillance skills and detail orientation Integrity and professionalism High school degree Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Current Arizona Security Guard License At least 1 year of experience as security guard preferred, but not required.
Must be at least age 18.
Must be able to pass an in-depth criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
(This is a zero tolerance work environment).
Must have a reliable means of transportation.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
Ability to pass an English composition assessment upon request (This ensures the ability to utilize proper grammar & spelling for report writing).
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
