An account manager must work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Essential Functions ? Uphold company standards and professionalism.
? Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accounts.
? Meet and exceed sales goals set forth by ownership.
? Act as the point-of-contact for potential and existing customers within an assigned territory.
? Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to schedule events and maintain a robust promotions calendar (budtender educations, on-site events, vendor days, holidays, etc.
) ? Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
? Increase market knowledge by attending industry events and networking with industry leaders.
? Promote products to buyers and dispensary personnel--set up meetings, provide samples, and request feedback.
? Identify opportunities to enhance visual merchandising and maximize presence in high-traffic shelf space.
? Work closely with the fulfillment and distribution team to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
? Communicate consistently with existing accounts and verify inventory levels before promo dates.
? Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings.
Qualifications Must be able to obtain a Facility Agent Card from AZDHS
Experience:
1 year of cannabis industry experience Reliable transportation / Ability to use personal vehicle to travel around assigned territory (mileage will be reimbursed at IRS rate) Flexible schedule / Ability to work nights and weekends as needed Position Type/Expected Work Hours This is a full-time salary position that requires 40-50 hours of work weekly.
