Primary duty is to perform maintenance and painting on vacant and occupied residential properties in Maricopa and Yavapai Counties.
Eligible candidate must have experience in residential repairs; a reliable form of transportation and a good, verifiable driving record, have good multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills.
Proficient word processing skills are a must.
Company vehicle will be supplied after a 90 day probation period.
