3 years' related experience; minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing; change and conflict management; data analysis; coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business strategy development. Computer skills required.Preferred:
5 years' related experience; 3 years supervisory experienceResponsibilitiesActive and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.Education:

Academic degree in nursing.Preferred:
Bachelor's or master's degree.

2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.Certifications:

Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.Physical Demands:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
