As an Account Representative II sales representative, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share.

As a Account Rep II, You Create Chemistry By
Executing the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. We are looking for a solid an individual that values our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business.
Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services. Majority of the role will be focused on adding new business.
Managing existing relationships and developing new ones and developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing business
Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry.
Retaining business and driving sales growth in Arizona and New Mexico with a home base within the Phoenix Metro area.
If you
Have professional sales experience in the collision industry, strong interpersonal skills., robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills will be a valued asset.
Have an extensive experience in the automotive refinish experience or in a related sale field.
Automotive Refinish industry sales experience and customer relations, body shop experience and High School Diploma or GED.
