We're seeking an accountant with automotive dealership experience to join the team.
You'll be responsible for recording all of our Payables including purchases, sales, receipts, capping deals, tag and title, compliance, and payments.
You will also post automotive accounting information to the general ledger and accounting software.
Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Proficient in quickbooks Basic computer knowledge Ability to set priorities Excellent organizational skills Great Communication skills Willingness to learn Must have a Positive Attitude
Responsibilities:
Prepare all month-end dealership accounting reports and account reconciliations Correctly record the dealership's daily financial transactions to finalize the posting process Process accounts receivable and accounts payable promptly and accurately Complete bookkeeping duties by conducting data entry and record maintenance Our work environment includes:

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience in corporate accounting or related role - Strong knowledge of financial report interpretation and analysis - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Quicken - Familiarity with cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques - Solid understanding of GAAP principles and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
