The Division of Rheumatology and Department of Medicine is actively recruiting an outstanding academic clinician to join a clinical faculty team that provides patient care in the areas of outpatient and consultation settings, teaching and opportunities for research. Candidates must have an M.D. degree and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology with the ability to obtain an AZ license. The qualified candidate will receive a faculty appointment consistent with their credentials.



Essential Functions & Responsibilities


  • Provide Rheumatology outpatient and inpatient consults.
  • Must be a collaborative team member, with the desire to help develop educational and/or quality improvement projects and work with advanced practice providers.
  • Ability to teach medical students, residents and fellows on the consult service and outpatient clinics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
