3-5 outpatient surgeries/day; 10-12 endo cases/day - Patient Population/Age:
Adult-Geriatric - Department Description:
Exciting opportunity to manage complex cases in a collaborative care team environment.
Experience across various specialties including General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, and more.
Work within a medically directed care team model. - EMR:
EPIC
Practice Setting:
- Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
- Board Certification:
Required - License Required:
Active AZ license.
Not accepting unlicensed candidates at this time. - Certifications Required:
BLS, ACLS - Minimum
Experience:
1-3 years
Credentialing Timeframe:
60-90 days
