We seek licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Phoenix, Arizona location.
Clinicians are preferred for onsite work, and hybrid scheduling will be discussed.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Independent mental health license in Arizona
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Northlight Counseling Associates is a group established in 1985 consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed psychologists, counselors, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists working together to provide our clients with the best treatment, support, and referral services. Northlight has a trauma-focused center opening in 2023. The modalities utilized range in treatment options from family and play therapy to psychodynamic therapy for individuals. The Northlight team specializes in counseling for depression, bipolar, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, PTSD, grief, transgender and sexual concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, child behavioral and family concerns, EAP, disability, and work-related concerns. Both leadership and the Northlight providers are excited about the team's growth. Northlight leadership has a rich history supporting a compassionate culture and emphasizing a team environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
