The Talent Acquisition Advisor aligned to New Store Openings is responsible for managing onsite hiring events for Sprouts new store locations. In this role you will have two primary customers: the store hiring managers and the candidates interested in Sprouts. Customer service is a cornerstone for what we do. Duties include managing career fairs, holding vendor calls, in addition to searching, screening, and tracking applicants to fill existing and future job.
