QA Engineer, SAP at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. in Phoenix, AZ
Essential Job Functions o Design and develop end-to-end test plans and test cases based upon functional and design specifications. o Determine depth of testing required for a given product when developing test cases, in order to ensure that product will meet company quality standards when released o Create and maintain product test checklists, scripts, and scenarios. o Execute issue analysis to determine root cause of test case failures o Isolate, replicate and document defects and verify fixes o Set up test environments with the necessary test data and execute detailed test procedures and test cases for assigned products and add-ons o Perform testing activities, including functional, performance, SIT, and regression testing o Review test results and properly evaluate the stability of the software being tested o Analyze and report test results to product teams o Log defects and track them to resolution o Work effectively with Developers, Product Management, Support, and other teams as needed Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) o Relevant technical certification(s) may be required o Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills o Strong leadership and organizational abilities o Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Experience with ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) o Proficiently communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences o Proficient in software management tools, ticketing, or Kanban platforms o Familiar with SQL, scripting, continuous integration, and Microsoft Azure DevOps Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field o 5
years of QA testing experience with SAP or SAP Business One o QA testing experience with software applications o QA testing experience with mobile apps o QA testing experience APIs o Experience with Automated Testing Tools (Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, other Open-source Tools, etc.) o Experience with Performance and Load Testing Konica Minolta Offers:
