We are looking for a strategic and creative communications professional to lead CEO communications at CrowdStrike. Reporting into the Chief Communications Officer and working within the office of the CEO, the ideal candidate will have direct experience running external executive communications for high profile c-suite leaders at a high growth business and will be exceptionally strong story teller, content developer, speech writer. Working with an integrated team across public relations, content/thought leadership, and internal communications, they will help further elevate the CEO's brand by building and executing communications plans and strategies that inspire employees, customers, influencers and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities Personally drive the CEO's communication agenda, partnering with PR, internal communications, marketing and the chief of staff Work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Corporate PR team, and internal communications team on various key internal and external topics and issues that reflect the needs of the organization and business. Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop compelling, insightful and engaging narratives. Manage CEO-led communications and enablement projects, including developing content for our organization-wide forums and newsletters like town halls/all hands, director and manager forums, internal and external presentations, team, leadership, and organization-wide offsites and events, etc. Lead content, speech writing, and presentation materials Deliver executive-level work products including scripts, speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans Work collaboratively with other C-suite leader's assigned executive communications partners to align executive communications messaging and maximize the impact of key events, launches and initiatives. Minimum Qualification 6-10 years experience in a communications leadership role, including at least 3-4 running executive communications for a C-suite executive, preferably a CEO Strong speech writing skills and proven experience writing executive keynotes for major internal and external events Career experience running communications at an enterprise technology company, preferably with some cyber security experience Experience advancing C-Suite thought leadership within a field or industry, and experience delivering original thinking across multiple topics Preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree Communications agency or journalism experience Editing experience with an adaptable style Knowledge in presentation-building and visualizing communications
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
