About the Position A Director, Marketing Data & Analytics builds and continually advances the University's data analytics capabilities to effectively inform critical business decisions about student acquisition and retention. An individual guides a team in aggregating and analyzing data provided by cross-functional teams throughout the University to measure how marketing programs are performing on an ROI basis compared to key performance indicators. A Director, Marketing Data & Analytics uses results and insights provided by data analysis to formulate recommendations to continually enhance marketing efforts aimed at improving student acquisition and retention. Responsibilities 1. Manage, organize, and present digital analytics insights and recommendations that drive action. 2. Work with the team's digital marketing tool stack, developing, and delivering both regular and d-hoc reports and dashboards for multiple levels of our client organizations to help drive decision-making. 3. Drive the requirements definitions and provide guidance on tagging structures and tagging strategies ensuring appropriate and accurate tracking and measurement 4. Design and execute analytical measurement techniques to gauge the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, and make recommendations for future optimization. 5. Work closely with key business partners to build the framework and lead high-impact data analytics projects to support key strategic initiatives and decision making. 6. Measure all stages of the student acquisition funnel from awareness through graduation. 4. Communicate actionable insights and craft compelling stories based on data that focuses on supporting the strategic initiatives for the University; recommend enhancements for future execution to drive informed decision-making. 7. Define metrics that matter and create insightful and automated dashboards to measure performance and track key business metrics; provide Marketing leadership team with ongoing analysis to inform Marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting. 8. Facilitate quarterly/monthly Marketing metrics review meetings with Marketing leadership to discuss and report on progress of current initiatives and campaigns. 9. Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback for the Marketing team. 10. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. NOTE:

Supervisory Responsibilities Manages a team of data analysts Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree Five (5) years of experience in an operational, business intelligence, and/or analytics role in an advertising agency or a consumer marketing oriented company with an in-house marketing team 5-10 years of deep experience in a digital analytics role, with experience using software such as web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid media platforms (DoubleClick, TubeMogul), DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, BlueKai), management systems (Tealium, GTM), visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Origami Logic, Domo), extensive Microsoft Office experience (particularly Excel), and more Experience with an A/B, multivariate testing and personalization tools Strong skills in creating effective dashboards and reporting with analysis on key metrics to both operational teams and to leadership that drives change PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A relentless executor, his or her reputation should be as a persistent, but diplomatic, ambassador for the marketing organization at large Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI and CRM systems preferred Ability to wrangle, synthesize and derive insights from disparate data sources and, in turn, communicate persuasively at the executive level. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
