Supply Chain Planning Manager at ON Semiconductor in Phoenix, AZ
The Supply Chain Manager manages Corporate Supply Chains Systems Team, with the ownership of Advanced Planning systems including Factory Planning, Demand Fulfillment, APSWeb, Supply Chain Builder, etc. This position is also required to lead the team to analyze and model supply chain business requirements into system specifications and deliver effective solutions. Performance Objectives:
Manage Supply Chain System driven projects Providing business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing new systems and processes to meet new business requirements, especially in a continuously changing business environment Designing detailed systematic models of advanced planning solutions Evaluate proposed changes in BOM setup and Supply Chain flows, ensuring Planning systems are compatible Providing consultation and trainings to diverse user groups Leading cross-functionally linked teams to address business or systems issues. Qualifications Requirements The successful candidate will show proficiency in team management, project management, data analytics, problem solving, effective communication, and decision making with below requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science/Engineering 10-15
years relevant supply chain planning systems experience Project Management experience, preferably using JDA/Kinaxis planning systems (RapidResponse, MP, FP, DF) or similar in Semiconductor or High Tech industry Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to data-driven decisions Proficiency in SQL, EXCEL, Tableau, Qlikview, Confident working in a multinational team environment Strong communications skills to effectively deliver technical details of complex business process to peers and external customers onsemi (Nasdaq:
