As a key member of the talent acquisition team in a recruiter role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Partner with customers (hiring managers, recruiters, human resource business partners) to lead and facilitate our recruiting process Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking efforts Support and lead our diversity hiring efforts for all levels within the organization Utilize LinkedIn, Taleo & other recruiting platforms Create a world-class candidate experience for all applicants in the recruiting process Participate in recruiting events Vendor management - maintain and create relationships with staffing vendors Communicate sourcing strategies to all relevant stakeholders Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years recruiting experience in engineering & technology industries is a preference Experience working in applicant tracking systems (Taleo is a preference) Ability to source utilizing Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn and other passive channels Hunter mentality Preferred Qualifications Previous recruiting experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment Tenacious personality with excellent follow-through skills Outstanding customer service and team player attitude Strong knowledge of employment laws Demonstrated creativity and proficiency using web-based applicant tracking systems and the Internet for candidate sourcing and recruiting
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
