Description onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Solutions & Integration team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a System Solutions Analyst, you will have the opportunity to design, deploy and manage process & systems solutions to a wide spectrum of supply chain functions. Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will:
Coordinate cross-functional solutions and integration efforts in the supply chain and manufacturing space specifically in the business area of enterprise procurement, inventory, and facilities/equipment maintenance Collaborate at a high level with business management and system users in the ongoing development of business processes leveraging system capability and ongoing system development Transform high level business requirements into detailed project plans, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and requirement documents Ensure continuous engagement with the Information Technology team to implement system enhancements and fixes, requiring understanding of IT terminology, processes, and capabilities Drive solutions from buy-in, development, and testing through deployment with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with users Communicate project objectives, approach, options, and plans to global audiences with confidence Support global user community in a wide range of support activities such as issue resolution, troubleshooting, system enhancements, report development, system setups and data entry, including ongoing training activities Balance independent work and group contributions effectively Qualifications Master's degree with 5
years' experience or Bachelor degree with 7
years' experience in analytical disciplines such as Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain management or similar Advanced ERP knowledge Ability to write SQL Scripts (understanding of joins, conditions & databases is necessary) Ability to travel during large scale projects to world-wide locations (potentially up to 25%) Soft skills to scale into various roles during a project; e.g,:
communications, modulation, drive, agility, consistency, problem solving, and driving actions to closure by required due dates Preferred Qualification Knowledge in EDI architecture and data exchanges Experience/understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations / external manufacturing Experience in project management ERP knowledge of Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Experience with databases and table structures.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
