Lead the development of the annual operating plan, strategic financial plans & quarterly forecasts for the division. Collaborate with business partners on strategic business planning and recommend initiatives to drive superior financial performance Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial business review including detailed variance analysis with commentary which will be presented to internal senior management Deliver insightful analysis to quickly help the business understand the drivers of performance and any ramifications for future initiatives Provide business partnership support for cross functional leaders in the business unit Drive initiatives to improve existing reporting and budgeting processes through automation and simplification. Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions. Assure compliance with company policies and procedures Support additional finance projects on an ad hoc basis Qualifications The successful candidate must have more than 5
years of proven relevant experience in senior finance roles He/she must be an expert in financial analysis and modelling Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory analysis(valuation/reserves), capital budgeting and cost projections This person must have a demonstrated ability to identify, quantify and treat financial risk This person must exhibit maturity and leadership qualities, with good interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional presentation, verbal and written skills and the ability to represent ON Semiconductor both internally and externally A sharp and objective intellect; ability to manage complex issues and to work through influence as well as authority Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with business analytics tools such as Hyperion and Qlikview Experience in a public company of similar size with an international structure/organization High Tech / semiconductor industry experience preferred EDUCATION:
Accounting, Finance or Advanced Business Degree, required MBA a plus Location:
Phoenix, Arizona.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
