Position Summary Nestle Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks a IS/IT Operations Sr Specialist - Network in Phoenix, AZ Duties:
Ensure the delivery of efficient and secure Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) operations. Support IS/IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business and provide input to the architect team as well as to peers responsible for other aspects of operations. Oversee the supportprocesses that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management in the datacenter and cloud networking areas. Ensure IS/IT strategic service partners provide the required level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business commitments. Support the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IS/IT service delivery to drive value and support. Support specification, configuration and sustain activities and utilize 3rd party services as directed. Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IS/IT operations environment. Run small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities. Work with product, platform and supplier teams to ensure good coordination of IS/IT changes without impacting business processes. Responsible for architecture requirements gathering, business cases, design, documentation, knowledge transfer, compliance, and updates of technical infrastructure and standards for components and solutions. Ensure that datacenter network solutions are implemented and operated in accordance with Nestle standards, guidelines, run-books and compliance requirements. Participate in the creation of datacenter network standards, guidelines, run-books and compliance requirements. Implement and maintain datacenter and cloud technologies (LAN/WAN routing and switching, Load-balancing and Firewall security) in hybrid environment. Participate in business continuity planning. Coordinate activities of Specialists and Jr. Specialists. Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field and 5 years of experience with Information Systems (IS) or Information Technology (IT) service. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of experience, will accept 8 years of professional experience. All stated experience must include:
Configuring and managing Cisco datacenter networking products such as Catalyst, Nexus, or ACI. Implementing and managing cloud native infrastructure. Establishing and managing complex network connectivity in hybrid datacenter environment. Managing and customizing Network monitoring, automation, orchestration and management tools. Automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, Terraform and Ansible. Digital business platforms including APIs, Software-Defined, Virtual Data Center, and Cloud. DevOps approach and IT business solutions. Applying IT service management principles and DevOps. Coordinating IT service operation delivery including managing relationships with external IT service vendors or working for an IT service provider on managing customer accounts. Negotiating and managing IT service contracts and developing action plans to incentivize service partners in meeting performance goals. Proactive tuning and troubleshooting of technical solutions. Working in a matrix organization with cross-functional team members on strategic change management or business projects. Job Location
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
