We're an internal startup of 250 people dedicated to helping restaurateurs run their business efficiently and make the most of Yelp's powerful ecosystem of high-intent diners. We're seeking a quantitative-minded growth or demand gen marketer who's excited about experimentation, building online and offline media plans, and is as capable of building campaigns as they are strategizing with agencies. You'd work alongside lifecycle marketers, events marketers, and strategists on the growth team, but would also work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams. While Yelp is a large and established brand, Yelp for Restaurants is a startup looking for leaders to help us build a world-class growth strategy. The Yelp for Restaurants marketing team's charter is to reintroduce ourselves as the future of Yelp and the restaurant industry. This person will play a huge role in defining the marketing channels, budget allocations, and media plans that not only fuel our reintroduction plans but drive acquisition of new customers. The right candidate will have experience managing standard paid channels like search, social, and display. They'll also have experience launching experiments on new channels like OTT, OOH, audio, affiliate, direct mail, and more. You'll have access to startup-appropriate budgets and be on the ground floor of how Yelp grows in the future. This role will report to Yelp for Restaurant's Associate Director of Growth Marketing. Today, you'll help us create and capture interest from restaurateurs recognized as leads passed to the sales team. In the future, you'll help us build strategies that send qualified interest to a combination of sales, free trials, and self-serve purchase. Current channels:
You'll launch campaigns, make budget recommendations, and optimize performance on paid search, social, and display. New channels:
You'll propose, launch experiments, and report performance on new distribution opportunities like OTT, OOH, audio, newsletters, partnerships, etc. Performance:
You'll clearly communicate wins, failures worth celebrating, and future plans with marketing and Yelp for Restaurants leadership. Campaigns:
In partnership with creative, copywriting, and your growth peers, you'll build relevant campaigns and new ads on live channels each month or quarter to keep messaging fresh and performance from plateauing. Most importantly, you'll always be on top of your numbers and thinking about the next way to creatively introduce our brand and products to the restaurants we care about most. What it Takes to Succeed:
You have 3
years experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, growth marketing or demand gen You are an exceptional data-driven marketer with demonstrated understanding of optimization strategies, user targeting, and campaign building You have a deep knowledge of search, social, and display platforms You have strong collaboration skills (teams and individuals request to work with you again) You have enthusiasm for finding the next great channel, building the next relevant campaign, and experimenting to produce growth What You'll Get:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
