$169,740Compensation Maximum:
$284,240JOB SUMMARY This position has key responsibility for the profitability of all Surety and Fidelity Bond products within assigned geographic area. Overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of Bonds underwriting standards portfolio quality management, book shaping, and UW and marketing support for field UW. Will be required to participate in account visits as needed. visits. Ensures that underwriting data is accumulated, organized and properly analyzed facilitating file review and the evaluation of programs monitoring in force book for profitability. Provides technical and training support, as well as mentorship for all underwriting initiatives and staff development. Develops product specific expertise throughout the Bond organization. Establishes new products and UW parameters and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or comparable, progressive experience Applicable certifications desired Knowledge and experience with all Surety Bonds lines of business A minimum of 15 year's progressive experience including advanced experience in Bonds UW Strong communications, leadership and professional integrity skills Significant decision-making authority Full accountability for results When you work at Main Street America Insurance you can expect benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
