Senior Identity Access Management Analyst

Position Summary This Senior Analyst role will be responsible for delivery, maintaining and updating the technology solutions in the Identity and Access Management platform that concentrate on technical and business requirements utilizing security and governance framework methodologies. The Senior IAM will provide expertise in the review and design of existing and new IAM technologies and system integrations to ensure that the appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery, support and integration of Identity & Access Management systems such as but not limited to Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) Work with stakeholders to gather requirements needed for system and application integration with all Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Deliver process improvements utilizing Identity and Access Management platforms. Expertise in communicating the aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the solution. Provide scripting experience/knowledge to automate IAM related activities. Serve as an escalation of IAM services and related incidents. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience required, which should include a combination of the following:
Experience with technical experience integrating identity management, access management, access governance, or privileged access management software. Experience in documenting, developing, or implementing IAM systems. Experience troubleshooting complex resource provisioning or security issues. Experience with identity management, provisioning and de-provisioning. Experience recording, tracking, and managing requests in an ITSM solution. Must be familiar with managing user accounts in Azure Active Directory. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT related discipline, or college degree equivalent. CompTIA Security
or above is recommended. Conditions of Employment:

Preferred Qualifications Experience with IDMWorks provisioning tool Experience working within Okta Core Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical Demands Will work at computer most of the time as well as need to keep inventory and ordering records requiring the use of copiers, fax machines, and PDF scanners. Training All job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee. Other Job may require after-hours response to emergency issues. Periodically scheduled on-call may require after-hours response for technical emergencies not explicitly related to assigned job responsibilities.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
