Job summaryAs an Area Manager in our Fulfillment department, you will play a key role in ensuring the pharmacy operates in an efficient manner to drive productivity and quality for our patients.
This role will report into the Fulfillment Operations Manager.
Key job responsibilitiesCore
Responsibilities:
? Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 Pharmacy Technicians on the Fulfillment floor? Assist with training new employees and promoting the company culture to staff members? Act as a subject matter expert in all function areas of the Fulfillment Center to assist the team in all aspects of outbound operations? Maintain positive attitude and lead team toward daily, weekly and monthly Fulfillment goals? Assist the Fulfillment management team in administering new policies as well as maintaining existing policies.
? Collaborate with People Ops and Fulfillment leadership team to coach and counsel staff members accordingly for performance, quality, and attendance concerns when appropriate including proper documentation.
? Develop Pharmacy Technicians and ensure a high level of accountability across the team? Partner with Pharmacy team to maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying withprocedures, rules, and regulations? Participation in personal growth and development? Constant collaboration with teammates? Perform other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
