The right person will have experience.
It is critical that you are able to work on your own, be organized, and able to complete tasks efficiently.
Must have extensive knowledge of Arizona insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
The right person will have experience in credentialing and contracting.
A requirement is ability to speak well with others, utilize time efficiently, is productive in their day and ability to self-teach, is motivated to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines.
In this position, you will report to the Billing Director over all medical billing and auditing, help assist the CEO/COO in account management including assisting in payment posting and organizing the company insurance, needs, and areas of required practice.
You must be very organized and any references you provide will need to be able to speak to your organization and ability to be focused and complete tasks.
Responsibility You will be responsible for overseeing all clinics and facility insurance verification of patient services including copay systems and running reports on a daily-weekly basis and reducing and eliminating error.
You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are up to date and training front office teams in how to verify and take copays when issues and questions present.
You will be required to work normal working hours of 8am-5pm fully remote and available throughout this time period for questions.
Working remote requires ability to organize and manage your time well and structure your tasks according to needs.
You will be expected to be able to manage your tasks with little direct micromanagement of your tasks.
The right person will have confidence in their ability to run copays, manage copays, enter insurance, learn new technology and motivated and passionate about their work.
Qualifications Position is fully remote but may require in person training infrequently in Tucson or Phoenix, Az.
Able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Complete and pass drug/alcohol screenings and back ground check 12 company holidays PTO/sick time Fully remote, 1 hour lunch.
