Position
Summary:
The Insurance Case Manager will work directly with the Insurance team/advisors to provide administrative and operational support across all locations of the firm.
They will play an important client facing role in supporting the advisor's work and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
They will act as a liaison between the client and the firm, ensuring that client needs are met and that their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Prepare new client insurance applications Run basic life insurance quotes Order client medical records and schedule life insurance medical exams Telephone and email correspondence to insurance carrier partners, vendors and clients Assist clients with customer service requests Data Entry in various CRM and web-based software platforms Existing policy management and annual review preparation Prepare in-person and digital presentations for various audiences Attend team meeting to review list of active cases and subsequent follow up Policy review software management Schedule and confirm client reviews with provided email script and sequence Help with LinkedIN research for upcoming week's meetings to source names for new introductions Social media posting and management for LinkedIN
Qualifications:
Thorough, Organized, Precise, Accurate, Dutiful, Process follower with an eye for details Patient, Methodical and Deliberate when given projects or tasks Friendly, Optimistic and Sincere in written and verbal skills Previous experience in life insurance, financial services or other related fields is preferred Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point), web-based software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Working Location:
