ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a strategic digital marketing plan with quarterly objectives Work with key business partners to maximize marketing development funds Drive automated marketing campaigns to nurture existing B2B clients and find new ones by creating vertically focused web content and campaigns using marketing automation technology.
Create and manage copy and content on the website and eCommerce store.
Write e-newsletter articles, blogs, social media postings, and press releases Record and publish educational and training videos Assist in the development of AB&R brand promotional projects Compile, analyze, and interpret the effectiveness of the company's marketing programs Collaborate with Management and Category Specialists to develop sales materials When necessary, contract and serve as a liaison with outside advertising agencies Other tasks and responsibilities associated with marketing, communications, and web development will be assigned by management Maintain a gossip free workplace EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge HTML & CSS skills SEO Best Practices Experience with Google Analytics Solutions and service technical writing familiarity Automated digital marketing (Hubspot, Pardot, or Marketo) and CRM proficiency Desirable but Not Mandatory:
Video creation and YouTube posting abilities Paid advertising experience (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Remarketing / Retargeting) RFID and barcode equipment/supplies product expertise REASONING ABILITY Ability to use critical thinking skills to evaluate, analyze and synthesize.
