This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
The main responsibility of this position will be to help grow the customer base and build relationships with current customers and prospects.
Areas of responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Make cold calls in order to increase new business and follow up with requested information via email/phone with clients.
Make calls to current customers to increase their attendance, purchases and build dealer relations through all calls including, thank you calls/cards, cold calls, promo calls, etc.
Maintain an attitude which seeks to build dealer relations, create a pleasant experience for dealers and consignors with the auction and good customer service level with every encounter.
Assist with questions in regards to setting up dealers' access to the website.
Provide existing clients with information about upcoming sale(s), promo's and special events.
Qualifications:
Comfortable with cold-calling.
Good Customer Service SKILLS:
Good communication skills - written and verbal History of good attendance, and punctuality Demonstrates good manners and good customer service behavior Bilingual a plus HOURS:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:
00 am - 4:
