Works under limited supervision and has total project responsibility.
May provide training and direction to support staff.
This is distinguished from direct sales and marketing research jobs but may include elements of each.
Compensation will be $45,000 - $55,000 Salary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Full understanding and implantation of SMO across multiple channels Using a CRM to build and launch marketing lifecycle campaigns Produce marketing materials, mailers and flyers Customer & Demographic research Maintains and update databases, spreadsheets, and regular reports Contribute to the development and maintenance of various customer surveys Work with our executive staff as it related to sponsorships/partnerships Work directly with digital design team Manage Public Relations efforts Be internet savvy and proficient working across all Office 365 platforms Ability to handle multiple projects at once Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills Be a dynamic self-starter who shows initiative and is a team player Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential Graphic Design is a plus Collaborating between multiple lines of business within the organization to bring marketing intelligence to influence and grow our business Produce a wide range of content including blog articles, quarterly company newsletters, client stories, email newsletters, community posts, site copy and social media content management Create, manage and execute a marketing campaign calendar Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone Monitor and report on SMO performance and trends to executive management Analysis of traffic patterns and identification of potential challenges or opportunities COMPETENCY To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

years (preferred) SMO management experience Experience with Sales Funnel, SMO, Copy and Blogging Excellent verbal and written communication Experience working with and coaching freelance digital design personal to deliver high quality content which meets or exceeds content brief specifications High comfort level with all types of social media platforms Proficient in Hootsuite (or similar tools) Understanding how to drive value from and measure the impact of content Excited to learn about new industry topics, develop relevant content Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
