8 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Responsible for providing support to senior marketing team and sales leadership as they execute marketing campaigns and events.
Duties include handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports and impact analyses.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Tracks project work plans, schedules, task lists, and team assignments.
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities Coordinates cross functionally with multiple departments to monitor and report on project statuses, ensuring all aspects of each project are tracked through completion.
Coordinate trade shows and exhibits in planning, execution, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans as needed.
Help prepare for involvement in community organizations and events.
Assist with marketing reports, market share SBM v.
competition, success/failure data, and customer direction and trends, including Facilities Maintenance growth opportunities.
Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
Update spreadsheets and Smartsheet databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Track, benchmark, and maintain inventory of marketing materials, including collateral and giveaways.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Adapt to the changing needs of the department, develop new skills, and assist with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation:
DOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
