Responsibilities:
Assist policyholders and agents over the phone with excellent service Process new business applications the same day they were received Audit new business applications within 3 business days of them being processed Assemble and mail out policy contracts within 3 business days of released Assist other departments with any Spanish policy issues that arise (Translations, Service Requests, & New Business) KSAO Requirements:
Self-driven and motivated High commitment to a positive service experience to internal and external customers Strong attention to detail Strong communication/listening skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Ability to handle difficult policyholder situations Pleasant and friendly attitude Contributes new ideas that will benefit the department and/or company Possess a strong work ethic and a team player mentality Fluent in Spanish and English High school diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements:
