Another Pay raise is included.
As a Production Assistant you will have responsibility for running all day-to-day aspects of paint tinting/mixing and warehouse responsibilities at the Phoenix Branch.
This will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Formulate batches using color computer.
- Make sure formulas are inputted and adjusted as necessary and maintained in Batchmaster.
- Tint liquid paint - understand and document special needs of the customer such as viscosity, gloss, V.

requirements, exterior vs interior, mix ratios, catalyst used, etc - Follow the established QC procedures.
- Create and close batch tickets - Create labels for cans - Build, tint and can batches - maintaining appropriate turn-around time.
- Make sure containers and labels are prepared and applied properly.
- Maintain tinting report and submit to El Monte weekly - Keep work-off to a minimum and determine how best to use it in other batches.
- File color standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tint room.
- Pull Will Call orders.
Place them in the staging area and properly file the paperwork for access when customer arrives - Assist Will Call customers when they arrive to pick up orders - Pull shipping orders - Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and men's room - Maintain exterior grounds and buildings.
- Crush cans for disposal - Help put away liquid transfer - making sure to rotate stock - Perform any other special duties necessary as requested by Lead Tinter or Phoenix Branch Manager Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not necessary.
