ABOUT THE ROLEThe HRIS Tech Analyst, Sr.
provides ongoing application support for the Human Resources function across multiple systems.
Plays an integral role in supporting configuration of UltiPro modules and custom reports.
Serves as the technical point-of-contact for HRIS related questions and issues, and assists in system implementations, upgrades, testing and training.
Responsible for designing and delivering queries, metrics, dashboards, and system interfaces on a scheduled or adhoc basis.
Works collaboratively with HR team members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and functionality that would increase the efficiency and quality of HR services, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Works with the team to analyze and troubleshoot system and process issues and identify enhancement opportunities.
Partners with stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Manages companies' BI Cognos Report requests; Creates and authors Custom BI Reports when needed.
Offers analytic support to multiple business units.
Recruiting, Onboarding, Core, UTM, Benefit Admin and Learning Manage service request and cases with Ultimate Software Role Administration - setup and security User Administration - access and security Workflow setup and approvals Monitor semi annual updates and changes made by UKG Cognos administrative access, security and reports Develop and maintain UKG Web Home Screen - work with IT and Corp Management Team to design and create links System Oversee UKG custom configurations, exports / imports Participate in regulatory audits Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources and management.
At least 3- 5 years of HRIS experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Highly developed organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR databases required, and familiarity with UKG and ADP preferred.
General computer application proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Strict attention to privacy issues and absolute discretion required.
Strong analytical skills and an extreme attention to detail mindset.
Strong customer service orientation; comfortable working independently with all levels of employees.
Capacity to prioritize a variety of tasks and heavy volume of work.
Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of several people at once.
Excellent oral and written communications skills within a diverse office environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
