We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Gym Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Gym Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and managing a team of three sales representatives to achieve monthly goals.
Bonus Structure:
Monthly 3 tier bonus structure:
Potential +$1000 +$1000 +$1000 per month on top of base salary Obtainable Bonus Structure
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones - Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure target achievement - Set monthly sales targets for the team and monitor progress towards goals - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve individual and team performance - Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness - Actively engage with prospective members, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales conversions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies - Monitor and analyze sales data and provide reports to management on a regular basis - Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote the gym and expand its customer base Ability to participate in and maintain team unity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with sales in the fitness industry - Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively m anage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies - High level of customer service orientation - Self-motivated with a positive attitude - Experience obtaining corporate memberships If you are passionate about fitness, have a proven sales track record, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
