We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing ads and bidding strategies across various platforms, optimizing campaigns for a portfolio of 12 million keywords, and driving traffic from inbound channels.
Your expertise in performance marketing, ad management, data analysis, and leveraging inbound channels will be crucial in achieving our business goals.
What you will do?:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and maximize conversions across multiple channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and display networks.
Manage and optimize campaigns for a vast portfolio of 12 million keywords, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and performance targets Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and develop targeted ad groups and messaging strategies Implement and refine bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired return on ad spend (ROAS) or cost per acquisition (CPA) goals Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and average order value (AOV), using data analytics platforms and tools Continuously track and evaluate the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities and adjust bidding strategies accordingly Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience Optimize inbound channels to attract and engage target audiences, increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies to stakeholders and management What you bring to the table!:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field, preferred Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, preferably in managing and optimizing ads across various platforms such as search engines, social media platforms, and display networks Experience with large-scale campaigns and managing a portfolio of millions of keywords is highly desirable Proficiency in managing and optimizing ads, including keyword research, ad group creation, messaging strategies, and bidding strategies.
Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or programmatic advertising platforms is important.
Strong analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, AOV, and other relevant KPIs Proficiency in data analytics platforms and tools is necessary A track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets, with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) or cost per acquisition (CPA) Ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segmentation.
Experience conducting competitive analysis and leveraging industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust bidding strategies.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams, stakeholders, and management.
The ability to clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and strategies based on performance analysis.
Understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies, including optimizing channels to attract and engage target audiences, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and evolving best practices in performance marketing Other Duties:
