stores across Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Oklahoma.
Salad and Go is seeking a Supply Chain Technology Analyst to help administer & manage technology tools for key strategic and operational processes within our Supply Chain organization.
In this position, you will help to manage technology projects & key operational improvement initiatives tied to technology to enable the growth of the Supply Chain organization to support overall business growth.
You be work closely with leaders across Supply Chain and other key business units to help enable our teams to grow long-term productivity and drive alignment throughout the company.

Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with all our Supply Chain teams, including Procurement, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Warehousing, Food Manufacturing, and other business stakeholder teams to enable technology to deliver high quality, affordable, healthy food, fast! Through user research and data analysis, look for opportunities to streamline and improve the operations teams' understanding and use of technology solutions.
Define and monitor success metrics, and implement improvement programs, for maximal impact.
Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind decisions.
Evangelize technology solutions and excite others with how these solutions improve our business.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Salad and Go supply chain operations and business.
Work closely with counterparts within the Supply Chain and Operations teams, the technology team, and other relevant partners to incorporate input and build consensus.
Requirements The ideal candidate possesses:

years of supply chain technology/IT experience, ideally in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
Cross functional experience of identifying and resolving IT issues while collaborating with business and IT teams, in manufacturing supply chain organization.
Relentless focus on root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and strong orientation around how to build out and track KPIs.
Additional Preferred Skills Manufacturing industry experience Experience implementing or working with an ERP Familiarity of IT incident and project management tools/frameworks Familiarity with incident management/agile tools and methods Benefits Competitive pay
