About the Job:
As an Information Technology Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization's technology product development and management processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, assess, and enhance our existing IT products while contributing to the successful launch of new and innovative technological solutions.
Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and efficiency through the strategic use of technology.
Key
Responsibilities:
Product Analysis and Evaluation:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT products, features, and functionalities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including software developers, product managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and feedback for product enhancements.
Evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products are competitive and meet customer demands.
Product Development Support:
Assist in the development of new technology products and features, providing valuable insights during the ideation, planning, and design phases.
Define detailed product specifications and use cases to guide the development team.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and usability.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of IT products.
Identify and report software defects, working with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
Validate that the delivered products align with defined requirements and adhere to best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from product usage data and customer feedback.
Prepare regular reports on product performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
User Training and Support:
Collaborate with the training team to develop product training materials and assist in conducting training sessions for end-users.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues related to IT products.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Monitor the lifecycle of IT products, recommending updates, enhancements, or end-of-life strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years of proven experience as a Product Analyst in the IT industry.
Minimum three (3) years in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with ADA compliance requirements.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and case management solutions preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
