is looking to fill the full-time position of Commercial Loan Administrator II in Phoenix, AZ.
The Commercial Loan Administrator II works in partnership with commercial bankers and portfolio managers to coordinate loan information, identify and obtain documentation, research and problem-solve to complete loan requests and closings of both simple and complex commercial loans, in accordance with loan policy.
Support multiple commercial bankers responsible for handling a high volume of moderate to complex loans and/or relationships.
Complete pre-close items for commercial loan requests including but not limited to gathering good standing certificates, entity documents, beneficial ownership information, pulling credit reports, ordering and reviewing UCC filings, ordering and reviewing title work, ordering appraisals and environmental reports, etc.
Order loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements.
Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy Education / Experience Preferred:

years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.
